Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

• Not have been worn, washed, or subjected to any damage.
• Be in its original condition.
• Have all its tags and original packaging.
• Be free of odors, stains, makeup, or signs of use.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for earrings or for products from which the special protective tape or seal has been removed.

The cost of return is borne by the customer, unless a wrong or defective product has been sent. The parcel remains the customer's responsibility until it is delivered to Éthera Boutique, so it is recommended to send it with tracking capability.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, you can choose:

• Exchange for another product.
• Store credit for a future purchase.
• Refund to the original payment method.

In case of full withdrawal from an online order, the legal terms for the return of the basic shipping cost apply. The direct cost of return may be borne by the customer, if they have been informed accordingly.
